EAT HEALTHY
Our Philosophy
At Ambrosia & Nektar, we are committed to using only organic, non-GMO, pure, and locally sourced ingredients. We believe that healthy, delicious, and nutrient-dense food doesn’t require complex chemistry. Provenance is crucial—our produce isn't grown near heavy industry, and our cattle never graze in GMO-laden fields. We source exclusively from highly vetted small artisan producers in remote, pristine areas of Greece.
Greece, one of Europe's most biodiverse countries, boasts over 7,000 native plant species, 20% of which are endemic. This biodiversity arises from Greece's rugged topography, featuring around 8,000 islands and islets and about 4,800 mountains. These distinct microclimates have fostered century-old cultivation techniques and a thriving community of small artisans, preserving Greece's rich agricultural heritage.
Our producers use only natural, pure, organic, non-GMO, locally grown ingredients. There are no additives, preservatives, or fillers in our products, and we avoid plastic containers to prevent chemical leaching. Ambrosia & Nektar delivers delicious, nutritious, and flavorful food of superior quality, crafted by small artisan producers using organic ingredients free of pesticides, hormones, preservatives, and GMOs.
