That’s why we work exclusively with small, organic, artisan producers across Greece, sourcing from wild mountainsides, sun-drenched plateaus, and pristine valleys untouched by industrial farming. We don't believe in shortcuts. No fillers. No preservatives. No GMOs. Just honest, nutrient-rich organic ingredients cultivated with care and tradition.

Why Greece?
Because Greece is a mosaic of microclimates and untouched biodiversity. Our partners, farmers, herbalists, and beekeepers, cultivate with intention. From harvest to bottle, they protect the essence of what they grow.
And we honor that by packaging exclusively in glass, never plastic, to preserve both purity and planet.

Hi, I'm Theo

I’m from Volos, a place shaped by sea routes, fertile land, and long tables. It’s where Jason set sail with the Argonauts, and where Mount Pelion rises just beyond the city. In antiquity, Pelion was known as a summer refuge of the Olympian gods and renowned for its extraordinary plants and medicinal herbs - a landscape defined by abundance, balance, and respect for nature. Food there was never decorative. It was how people gathered, marked time, and showed care. Life moved on. Countries changed.
But the value of sharing something honest did not.

Ambrosia & Nektar is a return to that principle.
To origin. To restraint. To food made with intention.
