Ambrosia & Nektar was created as a quiet counterpoint to mass production - a return to food that tastes like where it comes from. No marketing theater. No industrial shortcuts. Just real ingredients, grown the right way.

We work directly with small, organic producers across Greece - people who still know their land by heart. From wild mountainsides and sun-soaked plains to valleys far from industrial farming, everything is cultivated with patience and respect. No fillers. No preservatives. No GMOs. 
Just honest, nutrient-dense food made with care.

Why Greece?

Because Greece is not a single landscape - it’s a mosaic of microclimates, biodiversity, and centuries-old agricultural tradition. Our farmers, beekeepers, and herbalists don’t chase volume. They protect character.

We bottle exclusively in glass, never plastic. 
Purity deserves protection. And so does the planet.

Hi, I'm Theo

I’m from Volos, a place shaped by sea routes, fertile land, and long tables. It’s where Jason set sail with the Argonauts, and where Mount Pelion rises just beyond the city. In antiquity, Pelion was known as a summer refuge of the Olympian Gods and renowned for its extraordinary plants and medicinal herbs - a landscape defined by abundance, balance, and respect for nature. Food there was never decorative. It was how people gathered, marked time, and showed care. 

Ambrosia & Nektar is a return to that principle.
To origin. To restraint. To food made with intention.

No shortcuts. No dilution. No noise. Just real food, carefully sourced and thoughtfully crafted.
