Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $49, valid for the contiguous Unites States only. This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Marshall Islands, or any other U.S. territories or freely associated states. Standard shipping for domestic orders under $49 are subject to a $6.99 shipping charge.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience!

International Shipping
Currently, Ambrosia-Nektar ships internationally only to locations in Canada. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable taxes and duties.


Sales Price Protection
As a small company, we do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start.

Returns and Exchanges
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to health and safety concerns, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned. All our orders are considered final sale. We want our customers to be happy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please reach out to order@ambrosia-nektar.com.


Discounts
Discounts can be applied by entering the code upon check out. If your order contains a subscription item, you will not be able to use the discount code on the other items.

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at order@ambrosia-nektar.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
