I took a tsp of it to taste. It gives the burn in back of throat like it's supposed to. Tastes good but I'm not an authoritive on olive oil. But I liked that everything was on the bottle, plus all the information you gave me when I asked about everything. It's a little pricey but being organic and one estate and all you said about it I can understand some of the reasoning. After I cook with it I'll know more.
Quality product through and through. The taste is unmatched and is very intriguing to the palate. I was simply not expecting the appearance and taste to be this exquisite. I will definitely be reordering this honey very soon that way I will always have some in my cupboard.
